Description
This extremely gooey chocolate, salted caramel, banana and sea salt creation is a firm favourite with many Dugan’s regulars. Just like the basic Just Choc this brownie is hand-made using real Belgian dark chocolate, organic flour, free range eggs, British butter and Tracy added a layer of ripe banana chunks smothered in Tracy’s fabulous salted caramel and finally topped with sea salt crystals.
Our 1Kg slabs are uncut and can be used for all occasions serving 9 with generous sized pieces or up to 36 bite sized morsels, perfect for entertaining.
STORAGE: Store our brownie in a cool place wrapped or in your favourite cake tin. Dugan’s brownies will last up to a week to ten days in a cool cupboard or up to 3 months in the freezer but wrap them well. TIP! Cut the brownie before you freeze them so you can take out what you need, when you need it..
SIZE & WEIGHT: Choose from a whopping 1 kilogram or a more modest 1/2 kilo slab, brownies can vary in weight depending on additional ingredients such as fruit, nuts and caramel.
ORDERING: Choose from “Regular” or “Gluten Free” when ordering. The default choice is “Regular”.
