Welcome to Dugan's Patisserie
13 Years ago Dugan's started as Love Patisserie in Tracy Dugan's kitchen in Hay-on-Wye. Today Dugan's has three locations in
Brecon and Ludlow where we are a traditional patisserie with a small café attached serving tarts, cakes and brownies primarely for take away. Near Glasbury in Three Cocks we have our central bakery/kitchen which this year will open to the public.
For 13 years you've been able to purchase our patisserie at local events and food festivals. 2018 Is no exception. Starting at The Royal Horticultural Show in Cardiff on April the 13th our season ends the beginning of December at the Abergavenny Christmas Fair. The events list includes Ludlow Food Festivals, Abergavenny Food Festival, Hay Festival (10 days in the castle courtyard in Hay town centre as part of a food court), Lampeter Food Festival and several more. If you can't make it to Brecon or Ludlow then keep an eye on our events schedule on Facebook if you fancy some our delicious sweets.

GOT FOR YOU
At Dugan's Patisserie we strive to use as much local produce as possible. Our 13 years of market experience means we know a large number of local producers and growers. We cover parts of south and central Wales but also Herefordshire, Shropshire and surrounding areas..

13 Years ago Tracy Dugan started baking her trademark French style sweet tarts at home and sold them at farmers markets and festivals for over 12 years. Then in 2016 the decision was made to shed canvas for bricks and mortar. We found a gorgeous little shop in Brecon where we started on the ground floor before extending the seating area to upstairs in the spring of 2017..
